Can a Casetify gift card cover delivery charges?
Unfortunately no, gift cards only cover the amount in your basket and can’t be put towards delivery costs.
Can I apply gift cards and Casetify voucher codes together on my order?
Yes you can apply a gift card as a payment method to a basket there a Casetify discount code has been applied. However, you can’t use Casetify promo codes to pay for gift cards. Make sense?
I’ve got 2 gift cards. Can I use them both in one order?
Ooooh lucky you! Casetify does allow the use of two gift cards as payment methods in one order, no problemo.

I’ve seen a Casetify promo code I could have used, but I already placed my order. Can I still get the promotion?
This is a Casetify’s discretion but they are open to looking at honouring discounts after orders have been made. Email hello@casetify.com with your order number and the details of the offer and they will decide whether they can adjust your order total. You have up until 5 days from placing your order to make an appeal.
Can I still charge my phone wirelessly through a Casetify case?
Yes you can! All Casetify cases work with wireless charging, so no worries there.
